Is this new to you?

Hello. Sorry, but I am not the most computer literate user.....I just built a new computer: Windows XP home SP2, 1 gig ram, lite-on light scribe dvd rw, 250 gb hard drive, msi motherboard.............and have had the mentioned problem, ever since downloading DVD Shrink. Clicking on "back up" after "opening the disc" brings about the hour glass icon, then the whole DVD Shrink window closes..........I have taken the exact disc to my old computer (hp, windows xp sp2) and everything works fine.Hope this helps.
